Singular or plural

I understand that Waitomo Caves would be plural; there are many in the area. But why the plural in the article's title Waitomo Glowworm Caves when only one cave, the one with the Glowworm Grotto, is mentioned. The article keeps going back and forth using both cave and caves. Could someone knowledgeable please explain in the article. WikiParker (talk) 12:23, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
